This custom indoor playground equipment was designed and manufactured for our client in Texas, USA. The project covers approximately 162 square meters with a 4.2-meter play structure, providing enough space for up to 50 children to play at the same time.
Our client is an artist who noticed there were very few quality indoor playgrounds for children near his hometown. Wanting to create a fun and inspiring place for local families, he spent weeks visiting different indoor playgrounds across the area. During his research, he discovered one playground that stood out from all the others. After learning that it had been designed and manufactured by our company, he contacted us directly.
At the beginning, the client planned to build a traditional indoor playground with a steel frame structure. However, after discussing current industry trends, we introduced our soft-padded playground design, which offers a more modern appearance, improved safety, and a better play experience. As an artist with a creative mindset, he quickly embraced the idea and trusted our recommendations.
Throughout the entire design process, we maintained close communication with the client. He shared many creative ideas, and we worked hard to incorporate them into the design whenever possible. At the same time, whenever a request involved safety considerations, we explained the relevant international safety standards and proposed better alternatives. Thanks to this open and professional collaboration, we created a playground that was not only more attractive than the client’s original vision but also safer and more practical.
The finished playground features many of today’s most popular attractions, including trampolines, slides, a spiral slide, a ball pit, themed towers, soft play obstacles, and a performance stage. The stage has become one of the highlights of the playground, allowing children to perform, interact, celebrate birthdays, and host parties. We also designed wide walkways and spacious play areas to ensure children could move freely, even during busy hours. Since the play structure is not excessively tall, parents can comfortably supervise their children from the seating area.
Another important challenge was installation. Because the playground is located on the second floor, we carefully confirmed the entrance, elevator, and stairway dimensions before production began. As an experienced indoor playground manufacturer, we know that successful projects depend not only on great design but also on practical installation planning. When necessary, we adjust component sizes or manufacture modular sections to ensure every part can be transported safely into the building.
After the playground opened, the client shared wonderful news with us. The business quickly became a favorite destination for local families, with children visiting every day. Demand has grown so much that the client is planning to hire a full-time manager to help operate the playground.
