This project was designed and manufactured for China Overseas Property (COLI), one of China’s leading real estate developers. Located in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, this playground was part of the developer’s Phase I residential community. Following the success of this project, three additional phases were planned, and our partnership continued to grow. Since China Overseas Property develops residential communities across the country, they have continued to work with us on many subsequent projects.
The Beginning of Our Partnership
Before making their decision, a team of four representatives from the client visited our company in person. We welcomed them with a complete tour of our manufacturing facility, production workshops, and product showroom.
The client had already visited many playground manufacturers before coming to us. While some factories offered lower prices, they were much smaller in scale and could not provide the product quality they expected. Other manufacturers had facilities similar to ours, but their prices were significantly higher.
After carefully comparing manufacturing capability, product quality, and overall value, the client concluded that our company offered the best balance of quality, innovation, and price. Shortly after returning to their headquarters, they added us to their approved supplier system. Since then, whenever they launch a new residential project, we are invited to participate.
Creating Something Different
At the beginning of our cooperation, we proposed several conventional outdoor playground designs. However, the client wanted something more distinctive.
They explained that today’s homebuyers in China often make purchasing decisions with their children in mind. Parents are willing to invest in a better home if the community offers an attractive environment where their children can play safely and happily.
Because this was a premium residential development, the client wanted a playground that would become a unique landmark for the community while increasing the overall value and appeal of the property.
A Rocket-Themed Playground That Inspires Imagination
Based on the client’s vision, our design team created a fully customized rocket-themed outdoor playground.
The rocket design encourages children to imagine themselves exploring outer space, inspiring curiosity, creativity, and a spirit of adventure. Through climbing, sliding, and interactive play, children develop confidence, courage, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while enjoying an exciting play experience.
Playgrounds are more than just recreational spaces—they are places where children build friendships, learn to communicate, and grow together. A uniquely designed playground naturally attracts families and encourages children to socialize, helping them become more confident, active, and outgoing within their community.
Creating a Playground for Every Generation
In addition to the custom rocket-themed playground, we also supplied a variety of complementary recreational facilities, including spinners, rope climbing structures, and outdoor fitness equipment.
The spinning play equipment quickly became one of the children’s favorite attractions, offering an exciting experience similar to riding a merry-go-round.
The outdoor fitness equipment was installed for older residents, allowing grandparents and parents to exercise while watching their children and grandchildren play nearby. This thoughtful combination creates a community space where every generation can enjoy the outdoors together.
