This is one of our completed projects in China, located in a popular scenic area known for its beautiful natural environment and the large number of squirrels that live there. Since pinecones are closely associated with squirrels, our client wanted to create a unique pinecone-themed playground that would blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape and become a new attraction for families visiting the park.
After the client first contacted us and shared their vision, our design and engineering team visited the project site for an on-site survey. During the inspection, we found that the construction conditions were quite challenging. The site was covered with large rocks, the ground was uneven, and the playground was planned on elevated terrain. These factors would make installation much more difficult and time-consuming.
We immediately discussed these challenges with the client. They appreciated our professional feedback and quickly arranged for workers to remove the rocks and level the ground before construction began. At the same time, our design team started developing the playground concept based on the site’s characteristics and the client’s requirements.
The client explained that the scenic area attracts many visitors every day, especially on weekends when families come to enjoy nature together. They wanted to build a high-quality themed playground that would capture children’s attention and encourage them to stay longer. One of their key requests was a tall slide. Because the site was located on higher ground, we were able to design a long slide that made full use of the natural elevation. This solution not only created an exciting play experience but also reduced construction costs, as it eliminated the need for additional tall support structures.
Once the design was completed, we presented the 3D renderings to the client. They were extremely impressed by both the quality of the design and the speed of our work. The entire communication process was smooth and efficient, giving the client great confidence in our team.
After receiving the deposit, we immediately started production. Manufacturing took approximately one month before all the equipment was delivered to the project site.
Due to the complexity of the terrain, we assigned our own experienced installation team to complete the project. Our installers are highly familiar with our products, allowing them to work efficiently and solve any on-site issues quickly. The installation was completed in about one month.
After the playground officially opened, the results exceeded the client’s expectations. Visitor numbers increased significantly, especially families with children. Parents enjoy spending peaceful weekends in the beautiful scenic area while their children explore and play in the pinecone-themed playground. Today, the playground has become one of the most popular photo spots in the park, attracting many visitors to share their experiences on social media. Most importantly, the project has helped increase the scenic area’s popularity and brought more business opportunities to our client.
