This is the largest indoor entertainment project we have ever completed in Venezuela. Covering more than 2,000 square meters with a height of 7 meters, this family entertainment center combines two major attractions: an Indoor Trampoline Park and an Indoor Playground, creating a complete destination for visitors of all ages.
The trampoline park offers much more than traditional trampolines. It features climbing walls, a Ninja Course, a Sky Rider, and a Rope Course, providing exciting challenges for teenagers and adults alike. The indoor playground is divided into two beautifully themed areas: a Pink Castle for younger children and a Forest Adventure theme for explorers. It also includes a variety of exciting slides, such as a Donut Slide, Big Slide, and 90-Degree Slide, making it a paradise for children.
One of the biggest advantages of this family entertainment center is that it caters to every age group. Toddlers can safely enjoy the dedicated toddler area with a ball pit, while older children can explore the indoor playground, race down the slides, climb, jump, and conquer the rope course and Ninja Course. Adults are also welcome to enjoy the trampoline attractions, allowing the whole family to play together and create unforgettable memories.
The client made a very smart business decision by separating the trampoline park and indoor playground into two independently operated zones. Visitors purchase a ticket for either the indoor playground or the trampoline park, depending on the experience they choose. Many families eventually decide to enjoy both attractions, increasing customer satisfaction while also generating higher ticket revenue. When the client first shared this idea with us, we immediately recognized its potential and fully supported the concept.
The project is located inside one of the most popular shopping malls in the region, making it an ideal location for a family entertainment center. Every day, parents drive their children to the mall, where convenient parking and a wide variety of shopping and dining options encourage families to spend more time together. After shopping, they can enjoy hours of fun in the entertainment center. This not only creates a better customer experience but also allows parents and children to play together, strengthening family bonds while reducing the need for additional staff.
Perhaps the most impressive part of the project was the installation process. Instead of asking us to send an installation team, the client decided to complete the entire installation independently. We provided detailed installation drawings and technical support throughout the project. Whenever the client encountered a question, they emailed us, and we responded quickly with practical solutions. Thanks to efficient communication and excellent teamwork, the entire 2,000㎡ facility was successfully installed in just over a month—an achievement that truly exceeded our expectations.
Since opening, the entertainment center has been an outstanding success. It now welcomes approximately 1,000 to 2,000 visitors every day, far surpassing the client’s original expectations. Today, it has become one of the most popular family entertainment destinations in the local area and ranks among the top attractions for indoor recreation. The client has expressed sincere appreciation for our support and partnership throughout the project.
