1. Steel pipe: dia-48mm hot Galvanized pipe (Anti-Rust) with wall thickness 1.8-2.0 mm.It can withstand the load and impact force generated by children’s activities on the slide, ensuring the structure is stable and not easy to deform
2.Wooden Board: ordinary wood board tend to absorb moisture, swell, deform, or blister in humid environments. In contrast, moisture-resistant boards are treated with special waterproof resin, effectively preventing water penetration and making them less likely to crack or rot.
3.Safety Net: for safety nets, we offer two options: one with 4cm diameter holes and another with 8mm diameter holes. The 4cm mesh does not block the view, allowing parents to easily see their children, while the 8mm mesh meets European standards.

4.Pipe Cover: flame-retardant pipe cover, inner diameter 5cm, outer diameter 8cm, length 2.5m, with 1.5cm thick EPE inside and PVC leather on the outside.The outer material is flame retardant
5.Zip Tie: we use thicker 1.5mm zip tie, 350mm in length and 7mm in width, Stronger material,Multiple colors are available.
6. Plastic Ball: made of food-grade PE material, non-toxic and odorless. The balls have smooth surfaces with no burrs and bright colors. Each ball is 8cm in diameter to prevent swallowing, weighs 10g with a thickened design, and is air-tight without leakage.

7.Connector: compared to cast iron, Castel steel is stronger, more tough, and has higher strength. It can bear heavier loads and is less likely to break, keeping the entire frame stable and secure

6. The wood panels and EPE foam are firmly bonded together with glue. The glue we use is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

7. After that, we cover the surface smoothly with PVC leather and fix everything together using a staple gun.The PVC leather is 0.55mm thick, wear-resistant, durable, and easy to clean.

Items of play equipment placed inside the evacuation route shall have a depth of no more than 200 mm and there shall be a distance of at least 1 000 mm between any pieces of such play equipment which reduce the dimensions of the evacuation route.

Installation & Maintenance
During the installation of an indoor playground, several essential components are required, including galvanized pipe connectors such as three-way and five-way joints, hex socket screws, and column bases. The galvanized pipes serve as the main structural supports of the entire framework and are primarily used to secure various play elements in the middle sections of the structure. The connecting pipes are generally made of seamless steel pipes, which are cut to different lengths according to the specific requirements of the site.

Before shipping the tunnel slide, we conduct a trial assembly in our factory. The purpose of the trial assembly is mainly to check whether there are any issues with the product. If any problems are found, we make immediate adjustments. During this process, we also drill the necessary holes on the slide sections, making it easier and more convenient for customers to assemble the product after receiving it.

If your playground area is large or the installation process is relatively complex, we can arrange for our professional installation engineer to travel to your site and work together with your local team. Our engineer will provide on-site technical guidance, ensure the equipment is installed correctly and safely, and help your team complete the project efficiently.The installation cost is USD $150 per day

How to maintenance indoor playground
1. Regular cleaning: Every day you need to clean the slides, ball pools, etc., to remove dust, sand, rubbish and other debris to ensure that the indoor environment is hygienic.
2. Check for damage: Regularly check the various parts of the naughty fort, confirm that there is no damage or failure before allowing children to continue to use.
3. The staff should check the slide before opening it again after it is out of use. Wherever the users may touch it, there should be no exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs and other phenomena. There should be no cracks, deformation, breaks, joints too smooth. If any abnormality is found, it will be repaired in time.
4. Dust will accumulate on the exterior of the slide regularly during the running period of the slide, and it should be cleaned regularly with the central detergent to ensure the surface finish of the slide.
5. During the suspension period, the steel structure of the slide should be inspected for anti-corrosion, and all the steel structures should be treated for anti-corrosion in time when the anti-corrosion paint is peeled off in large areas.
6.Check the connecting fasteners of the slide, and tighten the bolts in time when they are found to be loose.
