The main columns are typically constructed of Φ114mm*2.5mm national standard steel pipe with color powder coated.
Accessory pipes are Φ48mm, 38mm, 32mm, and 25mm, all with a thickness of 2.5mm. Our company uses special, high-quality steel pipes custom-made from Zhujiang Steel Co., Ltd.
The thickness of the column directly affects the safety, stability and service life of the equipment. To withstand the impact, swing force and long-term fatigue load of multiple people, our columns are not easy to deform or break.
Color coated
The main purpose is to prevent rust, UV, improve aesthetics and corrosion resistance，The paint temperature and thickness of outdoor slide steel parts (such as columns, connectors, brackets, and guardrails) are very critical.
Temperature: 220℃, 30 minutes, so that the iron parts will not turn yellow after long-term exposure, and have anti-UV and anti-aging properties,The rust resistance of galvanized steel pipes can withstand harsh climates;
Paint thickness: 60–100 µm is the optimal range, and our paint thickness exceeds 100 µm, which is not easy to rust and peel, and has a longer service life,powder coating pigment, make the color long-lasting bright, strong adhesion, environmental protection, non-toxic, safe.

For the painting process, we use an electrostatic spray gun instead of the traditional brush painting method. Compared with brushing, which is less efficient, time-consuming, and difficult to apply evenly in corners, the electrostatic spray offers stronger paint adhesion. It sprays from both sides simultaneously, providing higher efficiency, more even coating coverage, and a smoother, glossier surface after baking.

8.Color Coateing: we use Akzo powder coating to protect the metal surface from rust. Painting is completed within 2 hours after sandblasting to ensure strong adhesion and prevent paint peeling.
9. Packing: assemble into complete set and package,ensure that all bolt holes are precisely matched and the structure is stable and safe

Safer structure
1.Axis goes straight across the pipe, which make the force more uniform, effectively resist the torque and impact during rotation, and make the structural connection more stable,solves the problem of getting broken easily
2.Equipped with stop blocks to ensure safety，The limit device can effectively control the range of motion of the equipment, preventing users from exceeding the safe angle during exercise, avoiding joint sprains or equipment damage
3.This part is prone to breakage due to welding distortion and defects in the structure itself, We adopt the self-aligning bearing, which will decrease the damages caused by the welding twists to a large extent.
4.The bottom is easy to break, so we reinforce the bottom with a welded triangle to prevent it from breaking.
5.Our plastic treadle are UV-resistant, thickened, and have a textured surface that is not easy to slip.It won’t rust easily like iron pedals and is suitable for long-term outdoor use the plastic pedal remains cool and does not get hot under the sun, ensuring comfort and safety for users.
6.Solid grounding is required to ensure the quality,If the grounding is not positioned then the suspension is damaged
7.According to the EN16630 standard, the outer diameter of the gap should be less than 89mm and the inner diameter should be less than 64mm.
8.The 8 mm diameter finger probe is applied to the minimum cross section of the opening and, if the probe does not fit through，then it meets the standard
9.The movable joints of bearings utilize standard tapered roller bearings with a shaft diameter of 30 mm or more. These bearings are sealed with rubber seals for water and dust protection, and feature sleeves between them, providing multi-layered protection and durability. Screws are fixed only with stainless steel screws.
Welding is not used to connect bearings. This method not only damages the bearing material and shortens its lifespan, but also rapidly rusts the bearings and welds, compromising performance and posing safety risks.
10.The top cover is made of aluminum alloy die-casting and double-layer plastic coating to ensure it will not rust. To ensure its glossiness, the screws are made of high-strength (306#) stainless steel fasteners to ensure it will not rust.

Installation methods
Ground type:
Installation requirements for all single-column fitness equipment: The cement floor must be at least 15 cm thick (new cement must be cured for 7 days before installation). Grass and sand pits must be leveled and poured with cement before pre-embedded parts (pre-embedded in trenches) can be used. If cost is a concern, Expansion screws can be used for installation, but the cement floor must be at least 15 cm thick (new cement must be cured for 7 days before installation).
Inground type:
Any parts protruding from the foundations (e.g. ends of screws) shall be at le ast 400 mm below the ground surface, unless they are effectively covered. The top of the foundations shall be at least 200 mm below the ground surface

How to maintain outdoor fitness equipment
1. Regularly check the parts of the fitness equipment
When inspecting, check whether there are any loosening and rusting of screws. If there are, they must be inspected and repaired in time. The first is the inspection of parts. If there is desoldering or loose screws, it should be dealt with immediately. Equipment that has been damaged and cannot be used should also be cleaned in time, and the connection parts of each equipment should be ensured to be stable.
2. Regularly clean and disinfect fitness equipment

The equipment ,needs to be cleaned and disinfected regularly to avoid poor infection of various germs, and it can also extend the service life of the equipment. It is recommended to use a neutral detergent for cleaning, using a soft cloth material to do a deep wipe, and add some disinfectant when necessary, so that these fitness equipment can be effectively disinfected and cleaned. Especially in a special environment such as the global epidemic, effective cleanup should be done.
3. Oiling the parts of fitness equipment
Fitness equipment is generally placed outdoors. The rain and sun are likely to rust the product. At this time, it needs to be oiled to maintain its lubrication and effectively extend its service life
