1. Raw Material Preparation
Steel: Thick galvanized steel pipes are selected for the main structure. They are rust-resistant and durable.
Plastic: Food-grade LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) granules are prepared for slides, tunnels, and panels.
Ropes & Nets: Steel-wire reinforced ropes or nylon ropes are prepared for climbing frames.
Rubber & Foam: Used for soft flooring, safety mats, and padded edges.
2. Steel Processing
Cutting: Steel pipes are cut to required lengths with CNC cutting machines.
Bending & Shaping: Hydraulic benders form curves and angles according to the design.
Welding: Skilled welders assemble frames, ladders, and platforms. Welds are smoothed to avoid sharp edges.
Surface Treatment:
Sandblasting removes rust and impurities.
Hot-dip galvanizing or zinc coating prevents corrosion.
Powder coating (sprayed and baked at high temperature) gives smooth, colorful, and weather-resistant finishes.
3. Plastic Component Production
Rotational Molding:
Plastic powder is placed inside molds shaped like slides, tubes, or panels.
The mold rotates in an oven, evenly melting the plastic and forming a seamless, hollow piece.
After cooling, the part is removed and trimmed.
Injection Molding (for smaller parts like joints, handles, caps): Molten plastic is injected into precision molds.
4. Rope & Net Fabrication
Ropes are woven with internal steel cores for strength.
Special connectors and clamps are fixed at joints.
Nets and climbing structures are pre-assembled and tested for load capacity.
5. Component Painting & Detailing
Decorative panels (cartoon animals, numbers, games) are CNC-carved from HDPE boards.
UV-resistant paints are applied to ensure bright colors that last outdoors.
Hand-painted details may be added for themed playgrounds (jungle, ocean, space).
6. Trial Assembly
Before shipping, the entire playground is test-assembled in the factory.
This ensures correct fit, structural balance, and safety compliance.
Adjustments are made if parts don’t align perfectly.
7. Quality Control
Load Test: Frames are tested to withstand multiple times the expected weight.
Surface Check: No sharp edges, cracks, or peeling paint.
Toxicity Test: Plastics and coatings are checked to be child-safe and non-toxic.
Durability Simulation: Weather and UV resistance tests are performed.
8. Packaging & Shipping
Equipment is carefully disassembled into parts.
Each part is labeled and wrapped with foam, plastic film, or cartons.
Packed into wooden cases or steel racks for container loading.
