200㎡ Indoor Trampoline Park Project in Japan

Japan is a country with limited land resources, making it extremely difficult to find a large indoor venue for a trampoline park. Our customer’s location has a total area of approximately 250 square meters, with around 200 square meters dedicated to the trampoline park and the remaining 50 square meters reserved as a comfortable reception and seating area. Considering the local market, this was already an excellent location.

Interestingly, the customer was not originally involved in the indoor playground industry. One day, he visited a nearby trampoline park and noticed that it was incredibly popular with children. The venue was almost fully booked every day, which inspired him to start his own indoor trampoline business.

The first challenge was finding the right location. He spent a long time searching, but most available sites were either too remote or had insufficient ceiling height for a trampoline park. After an extensive search, he finally found a suitable space inside a shopping mall near several residential communities. The excellent location provided convenient access and a steady flow of visitors, making it an ideal choice for his new business.

Because the available space was relatively compact, we carefully designed the layout to maximize both play value and customer capacity. Our initial design included a wider variety of attractions. However, after discussing the project with the customer, we realized that too many play elements would reduce the open jumping area, make the park feel crowded, and significantly increase the investment cost.

Together, we decided to simplify the layout by keeping the most popular attractions, including a basketball dunk zone and several obstacle elements, while removing many of the additional features. This created a more spacious, open environment where more visitors could enjoy the trampoline area at the same time, helping the customer maximize attendance and revenue. The customer was extremely satisfied with the final design.

Since the trampoline park was relatively compact and featured a streamlined selection of attractions, installation was straightforward. We provided detailed installation manuals and instructional videos, and after reviewing them, the customer decided to complete the installation with his own team while staying in contact with us whenever assistance was needed.

After receiving the equipment, the customer sent us daily photos and videos of the installation progress. Whenever they encountered a question, our technical team provided prompt guidance to ensure everything was installed correctly. With our remote support, the entire trampoline park was successfully assembled in about 10 days.

Once the installation was completed, the customer happily shared videos of the finished park with us. We were equally excited to see the project come to life. Just one week later, the trampoline park officially opened to the public.

Thanks to its location inside a shopping mall surrounded by residential neighborhoods, the venue quickly attracted a large number of families and children. Visitor traffic has remained consistently high since opening, proving once again that choosing the right location is one of the most important factors in the success of an indoor trampoline business.

As a professional trampoline park manufacturer in China, we are proud to have helped our customer turn his business idea into a successful reality. Seeing our customers succeed is one of the greatest rewards of what we do.
