A Chinese-Nepalese client recently visited our company to discuss a new indoor playground project in Nepal. Their main business had previously focused on the restaurant industry, along with several other investment ventures. After noticing that indoor children’s entertainment facilities were still very limited in their local market, they decided to explore the opportunity of opening an indoor playground center. Through online research, they found our company and contacted us for support with the project.
At the beginning, the client did not want to invest a large amount of money immediately because they were unsure whether the local market would respond positively to this type of business. To reduce the risk, they first rented a relatively small venue of around 300 square meters. Although the space was not large, the client provided us with very detailed information, including site photos, videos, and AutoCAD drawings, which became a solid foundation for our design work.

The project itself was not easy. The venue had a complicated layout with many columns, and the floor was uneven in several areas. Because of these challenges, we needed to carefully confirm every detail with the client to avoid any mistakes during production and installation. The client stayed at our company for two days, and during that time we worked closely together with our designers. Every morning we discussed the design details and modifications. By noon, our designers would update the layout and create new renderings according to the client’s requests. In the afternoon, we reviewed the updated design together again to see if any further adjustments were needed. After two days of continuous communication and improvement, the client was extremely satisfied with the final result and highly praised our professionalism and service.

This project was truly the result of teamwork between our company and the client. The client had many creative ideas, and we always tried our best to make them happen. However, not every idea could be realized directly. Whenever a new concept was proposed, we first consulted with our engineers for technical and safety evaluations. If the engineers confirmed it was feasible and safe, we would proceed. If not, we would clearly explain to the client why it could not be done. For us, safety is always the top priority, and only after ensuring safety can we maximize the client’s requirements and expectations.
The client also told us that before visiting our company, they had already visited several other suppliers. However, they were not fully satisfied with either the professionalism, service, or product quality of those companies. After coming to our company, they felt that we were the most suitable partner for them because they were satisfied with our design capability, product quality, pricing, and customer service.

We truly appreciate the client’s trust and recognition. We have been working in the playground industry for more than ten years, and during this time many companies have entered the market, while many others have disappeared after only a few years. We believe the reason is simple: to build a successful company, design, quality, price, and service must all continue improving together. Only by doing every detail well can a company earn long-term trust from customers. When you consistently do good work, customers will naturally come to you.
