This is one of our long-term clients from Russia, and we have been cooperating with him for more than 10 years. Over the years, we have built a very stable and trustworthy business relationship. The client is a professional playground equipment distributor who purchases products from us and sells them to major cities such as Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and surrounding areas.
When we first started working together, the client was looking for a reliable manufacturer that could provide high-quality outdoor playground equipment suitable for the Russian market. As everyone knows, Russia has a very cold climate, especially during the long winter season. In many regions, temperatures can drop below -10°C, and snow and ice can last for several months. Because of these harsh weather conditions, the client had very strict requirements for product quality, durability, and cold resistance.
After learning about the client’s needs, we recommended several outdoor playground products that are highly suitable for cold environments. The client was especially interested in our customized outdoor slides, stainless steel slides, and wooden playground products. These products are made from strong and durable materials that can withstand extreme weather conditions while maintaining excellent safety and performance.
One of the client’s favorite product categories is our stainless steel slide series. Compared with traditional plastic slides, stainless steel slides are more durable, weather-resistant, and especially suitable for outdoor use in cold climates. Even under heavy snow and low temperatures, the slides can still maintain excellent performance. However, stainless steel slides also have one disadvantage: they can become hot easily, especially during summer. Stainless steel transfers heat very quickly. Although it absorbs heat fast, it also cools down very quickly. Therefore, we usually recommend that children avoid playing on stainless steel slides during the hottest hours at noon in summer. Early morning or evening is generally a better and safer time to use them.
The client has also purchased many customized outdoor playground projects from us. Because different cities and customers have different requirements, we often provide customized designs based on the installation environment, target age group, and local preferences. However, as everyone knows, wooden products also have a natural disadvantage: cracking. This is a normal characteristic of wood materials and cannot be completely avoided. Because of this, we usually recommend regular maintenance for wooden playground equipment, including repainting and protective treatments to help prevent cracking, moisture damage, and mold.
Last year, we were also fortunate to visit Russia for an exhibition, where we had the opportunity to meet this client in person.
