We know that the plastic components of outdoor trampolines are not elastic, but they allow people to bounce because they are surrounded by springs. These springs connect the plastic jumping surface to the metal frame, so they play a crucial role. We offer two types of springs: one made of manganese steel and the other made of piano wire. Most products on the market use manganese steel springs. However, if you require higher elasticity, we recommend using piano wire springs, as they offer superior elasticity and greater resilience. This allows users to bounce higher and more comfortably. These springs can withstand 600,000 cycles without developing gaps between them, thereby reducing wear and tear. Of course, if you’re looking for value for money, manganese steel springs are a good option; they can withstand approximately 300,000 cycles. As shown in the image, the silver-white ones are manganese steel springs, and the black ones are piano wire springs. Both types are equally suitable for indoor trampolines.
Colors and patterns can be customized, and we offer a wide variety of colors. How should you choose a color? Based on feedback from our customers, dark-colored outdoor trampolines tend to have higher surface temperatures after being exposed to the summer sun, so we recommend choosing light-colored combinations to reduce heat absorption. We can customize different shapes to attract customers, such as circles, squares, or rectangles—circles are the most popular option. We can also customize various designs to make the outdoor trampoline more visually appealing, such as numbers or characters.
The size of outdoor trampolines can also be customized. We typically offer diameters ranging from 4 feet to 11 feet. As for the metal frame material, we provide two options: pvc coated and color coated. If you have higher quality requirements, we recommend the pvc coated option, as it offers better slip resistance, reducing the risk of children falling, and it doesn’t get too hot—though it is slightly more expensive. If you’re more concerned about value for money, you can also choose the color coated option. It works perfectly well and is a bit more affordable; there isn’t much difference between the two.

Installation & Maintenance
We offer three installation methods: two are in-ground, and one is on ground. Most installations are inground, as this is safer and more suitable for children to play on. There are two types of in-ground installation: one involves simply digging a hole to fit the dimensions and placing the product directly inside. This method is relatively simple and aesthetically pleasing, and most customers choose this option. As shown in the picture.
Another method involves digging a hole in the ground first and then pouring concrete into it. The advantage of this approach is that you only need to pour the top layer; the metal supports underneath are unnecessary because the concrete foundation already provides the necessary support, as shown in the picture.
On ground trampolines are the simplest option—you just set them up on the floor right out of the box. However, this isn’t very aesthetically pleasing, and when children bounce on them, there’s a height difference, which isn’t very safe. This type of setup is relatively uncommon, as shown in the picture.
How to Maintain Outdoor In-Ground Trampoline
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your in-ground trampoline and ensure safe play for children. Follow these tips:
1. Regular Cleaning
Remove dirt, leaves, and debris from the jumping mat and frame.
Use mild soap and water to clean the surface; avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the PP mat or frame coating.
